Our client approached us with an existing planning application for three generous houses on this plot. We were concerned with the proximity of the houses to one another as well as the buildability due to the close proximity to the site boundary. This required a new planning application which also provided the opportunity to make other alterations which allowed us to add value to the properties. The site was fairly constrained by tree protection orders and associated root protection zones which required careful collaboration with the arboricultural consultant and structural engineer.

The construction drawings were delivered utilising collaborative 3D BIM modelling which allowed us to minimize on-site delays and provide efficient checking of fabricated steel elements within the structure.

This project is currently on site and is due for completion June 2018.
