The existing 1930’s Art Deco building had originally gained a change of use planning consent for six apartments. Union Architecture were approached by the client to acheive planning gain on the development. Union Architecture have succesfully created an propose an additional six apartments including two penthouses with generous balconies. The result is not only a successful modern remodelling of the building but also the creation of vital additional housing stock in the urban centre. 

This development is currently on site and due for completion Summer 2019.
