Union Architecture have recently achieved a planning approval for the refurbishment of an existing bungalow which resulted in the floor space doubling in size to 2,500 sqft, all under permitted development.
The scheme consisted of re-configuration of the existing entrance level layout to form 4 bedrooms and a Master Suite. The lower level will be a family kitchen dining area, and cinema room. The elevations will be upgraded to compliment the local character of Hurst Hill, whilst creating a modern facade.
