Set in the heart of the Bournemouth Town Centre, Union Architecture were appointed by Stonehaven Developments to assist with delivering the approved scheme. Union Architecture developed the scheme to refine the elevations and materials, whilst also achieving an additional unit, taking the total number of apartments to 37.

The outcome is a development of high architectural quality that provides a very healthy contribution to the local housing stock.
