Previously the Pinewood Towers Rest Home the site has been transformed into 12 Luxury flats in the style of a large Edwardian Villa. Union submitted a planning application to provide more accommodation, three hidden rooftop terraces and more generous balconies. The site features basement parking with a car lift which saves space when compared to an access ramp.   

The construction drawings were delivered utilising collaborative 3D BIM modelling which allowed us to minimize on-site delays and provide efficient checking of fabricated steel elements within the structure.

This project is currently on site and is due for completion December 2018.
